Smooth as silk (pun intended!)
Could not have been easier. Although it was a very straightforward house sale (one owner, no mortgage, no sitting tenants) I had not expected things to go this well. Key positives: excellent communications, and very useful, and user-friendly, online system for document storage and progress status (Hoowla).
Although the cost was a little higher than some quotes I received from other solicitors there were no last minute add-ons and I feel I received good value for my money.

Smooth as silk (pun intended!)
There were no problems at all. This was a relatively simple sale (one owner, no mortgage, no sitting tenants) but everything went as planned, communications were excellent and the Hoowla system was very useful for document storage and progress status.
While the fees were a little higher than those of other solicitors I approached I felt I received very good value for my money.
I would not hesitate to recommend LLG and Maham Dar to anyone contemplating a house sale or purchase.
