I was recalled due to being a victim of a stabbing by the boyfriend of the home owner. Probation approved me of living at her premises. I didn't want it reported to the police and due to this probation recalled me.

Best in the business
From Danielle and Lyn on reception to Natalie on my hearing for release, they were all fantastic.
I was open and honest and we all came together to put my thoughts and feelings into a way to communicate to the parole board in a way I could be myself. Respectfully, I hope I never have to use you again, but if I do I'll be sure to get the best in the business.

Not just the best solicitor, the best legal team for IPP's!
I'd lost hope in law firms, the whole system and in life. As the IPP sentence had drained the hope and faith from me.
Changing to Youngs and Natalie Shotter is probably a choice that saved my life, as I was tired of living in here. Shannon and Lyn on reception would always tell me to call for a chat whenever I needed to and Natalie was always ten steps ahead of me, doing over and above.
Now I've just been released from parole, I'm going home!
After over a decade held on IPP, Natalie gave me hope.

An IPP with a 21 month tariff and have served over 15 years. for this hearing I actually changed my solicitors to Youngs as I felt I was getting nowhere. I decided to try for release and with the solicitors help, this has been achieved.

Pleasure to deal with
When I had to wait for two and half years for a parole hearing but Swain & Co were very very supportive and I did not think I would get it down to mental health. I am a schizophrenic and I have had a lot of self-harming incidents but my solicitor never gives up I was very thankful to Swain & Co, especially Natalie Shotter she helped me and I used to phone the office and have friendly chat with Lyn.
