Professional and proactive from the start

Incredible service
I can't recommend the Herrington Carmichael team enough, this is the second time we have used them for conveyancing (new build) and they have been consistently fantastic. They kept us updated the entire time and even with challenging delays in our chain, they worked consistently and were very patient. I know a lot of time and effort when in to getting our transaction over the line and we're very grateful. Couldn't have been better

My experience with this solicitor firm has been great. They were very professional and helpful and this was my second time dealing with them. They were recommended via Bloor Homes and the team was great. The only negative aspect was confusion with their final bill but they very quickly resolved this after I made them aware.
