Professional and proactive from the start
When I started looking for a solicitor of the group I contacted they were the only one to provide an FAQ with their quote to help first time buyers understand what was going on. Incredible service
I can't recommend the Herrington Carmichael team enough, this is the second time we have used them for conveyancing (new build) and they have been consistently fantastic. They kept us updated the entire time and even with challenging delays in our chain, they worked consistently and were very patient. I know a lot of time and effort when in to getting our transaction over the line and we're very grateful. Couldn't have been better
