We revisited our wills again, this being the 3 time over the years.

Lasting Power of Attorney
Whitehead Monckton provided some minor legal services for me and as a reult of the service I received, from Kerrin Speedie and other staff, I decided to use the firm to help me prepare a new Will and set up Lasting Powers of Attorney.

All business dealt with promptly and correctly by the Solicitor and by her team. They were all very helpful and always answered my questions to my satisfaction.It was a difficult time for me after my husband' death but I found them all both sympathetic and empathetiv.

It was such a sad and difficult time for me, but Kerin and Amy were not only business like in their approach but also kind and friendly. Plus as well, in this day and age, they were so prompt and efficient which seems to be a bit of a rarity!! Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
