Born in Wiltshire, I grew up and went to school in Royal Wootton Bassett. I obtained a law degree from Oxford University and joined Bevirs in November 1997. While working as a Paralegal in the Private Client department, I studied to become a Chartered Legal Executive in my spare time. I qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in October 2006 and was made an associate of Bevirs in 2008. Based at the Royal Wootton Bassett office of Bevirs, I cover all aspects of Private Client work including Wills, Estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts.

Will Writing
Due to bereavement had to sort out estate of one will and then rewrite my own. All visits dealt with professionally and efficiently and with sympathy. Would have no difficulty recommending Bevirs to family and friends, indeed already have done so.

The Estate of Mrs Eileen Poulter
We were kept informed at all times of progress even though this was not a straightforward case and the Probate and HMRC teams work very slowly. Whilst it took just over a year to finalise the Estate, David Neve kept us up to date with the steps being taken at all times.

Excellent service throughout
I have nothing but praise for the way Bevirs handled the administration for my Uncle's estate and the sale of his house. I was so impressed by their quickness to respond to queries by email or phone and the clarity of their responses.
Very professional and friendly and, above all, caring over a difficult period for myself. A very traditional company but using modern methods and with work ethics sadly missing with some other providers.

Honest opinion
Having recently lost my husband, I had to re-write my Will due to family problems. I found Bevirs Law very helpful, very professional and all the staff very pleasant. I did not feel at all intimidated or worried. I would certainly recommend them to others.
