Born in Wiltshire, I grew up and went to school in Royal Wootton Bassett. I obtained a law degree from Oxford University and joined Bevirs in November 1997. While working as a Paralegal in the Private Client department, I studied to become a Chartered Legal Executive in my spare time. I qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in October 2006 and was made an associate of Bevirs in 2008. Based at the Royal Wootton Bassett office of Bevirs, I cover all aspects of Private Client work including Wills, Estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts.

Honest opinion
Having recently lost my husband, I had to re-write my Will due to family problems. I found Bevirs Law very helpful, very professional and all the staff very pleasant. I did not feel at all intimidated or worried. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Probate for my late mother's estate

A long standing legal association

Making my Will
Having been given erroneous advice by a previous solicitor and not being given any help by the senior member of the firm, I was unwilling to use that firm again.
My experiences with Bevirs Law was in complete contrast from the start. Everyone was most helpful and professional - at the age of 97, this meant a great deal!

Powers of Attorney and Wills
We were concerned that our Wills were out of date and we did not have both Powers of Attorney for each other. These have all been sorted out professionally. This was handled very sensitively and David used his legal knowledge to advise us. We feel tremendous relief that this has been legally sorted out for us. We understand that Bevirs aren't cheap but was totally justified by the service we received. We are now using them for conveyancing.

Excellent professional service
