I used Sills and Betteridge for my house sale and purchase and cannot recommend any higher. We were lucky to be assigned Kirsty from the Boston branch who was absolutely amazing throughout. She was the only conveyancer in the chain who was responsive all the time, she never failed to take my call in what was a protracted and frustrating process due to the failure of others conveyancers to do their job. Kirsty challenged the other conveyancers in the chain all the time to push it through for me and, the reason I am able to write this post transaction review now is solely down to her effort and ability to move things forward. Conveyancing solicitor for my first home purchase
Very approachable and knowledgeable throughout and patient with me. Would of liked at times a bit more communication but overall was very good

Sale of bungalow
From the start, Kirsty & Kim could tell I wasn’t comfortable with internet technology, re: emails, etc. but they explained and helped me work through what was required and most importantly always contacted me with updates, until the sale was completed. Cannot fault their service, and reasonable priced.

Buying first house
First time buying a house and Kirsty who was our solicitor was very helpful every step of the way. Any problems we came across she always was there to help sort them out and make sure everything was going perfect. Would definitely use her again if ever needed too in the future. She was very fast to respond to any queries that we had and always kept us aware of what was happening every step of the way!
