I usually find solicitors to be obtuse and infuriating. The Commercial Property Department at Grant Saw are different to that. I have found them to be plain spoken, pragmatic and prepared to think around an issue to find a solution. Susan Collins was particularly helpful in our recent work.

Always very clear and helpful in dealing with a commercial renewal five year lease review.

Faultless Service
Purchasing a lease for our pub was made easy by Susan Collins who was super efficient and always contactable and answered the phone instantly whenever I called. Something that just doesn’t happen in this day an age. Totally faultless service.
