Had a death of a tenant 3 months ago now, Cuthbertson's are dealing with the estate and flat. I have phoned every week or so for an update but they never return calls. This has led to the tenant continuing to pay rent for the last 3 month from her estate and no doubt paying solicitors fees.

Engaged with Cuthbertsons to deal with a simple freehold purchase. Explained process & fees fine. But once had the money in their account communication stopped & so it seems has all work since April 2019. (Now August 2022). Seem to blame the other parties solicitors not replying but they don't seem to chase up either. Phone calls result in the promise of call backs that do not come, same with office visits. Please avoid using this firm unless you are in a dispute with someone and really want to annoy the other side with slow or non existent responses.
