Personal Injury
My claim was handled exceptionally well by Karen Walker and team at North Hill, Plymouth.
From start to finish I was kept regularly up to date with the progress via email, post and telephone. Everything was explained to me in a clear, concise manner so there were no suprises.
I would not hesitate to recommend Karen and her team to anyone wishing to make a claim. Karen was a pleasure to deal with, offering advice while not giving false hope.

Smooth service
My claim has taken a couple of years to be settled (I understand this is a process situation). I dealt with Karen and she has been very helpful and reliable throughout. She kept me informed at all times and took care of all of my needs. I would highly recommend Wolferstans to anyone. Thanks again.

Whiplash
Found Karen Walker at Nth Hill branch to be very helpful in processing my claim, explaining everything from process to payment for my claim of whiplash, even to the extent of getting me private physio which was of great help in my recovery. Would recommend Wolferstans as a group of solicitors for anyone to use.

A good result from Wolferstans.
I recently had to make an insurance claim and contacted Wolferstans in Plymouth to advise me on the 'no win, no fee' claim process.
Karen Walker of their North Hill branch was my adviser and the litigator assigned to my case, and she has been completely professional and extremely helpful throughout the process, which has recently been resolved in my favour.
She guided me through every step of the legalities, and was always available on the phone for any on- going advice and support that I needed.
I would certainly recommend Wolferstans to anyone in need of legal help on any matter.
