Me and my husband wanted to hand over the responsibility of being a trustee to another family member . Muhammed advised us to have a Deed of Retirement drawn up which legally denounced us and allowed it to be passed on . We also decided to get our Power of Attorney’s actioned which with his help proved to be reasonably straightforward. All of the staff we dealt with were very polite and helpful

My sister and I have had an initial meeting with Muhammed Ali, Probate Manager and Associate to enquire about setting up a Deed of Trust. Muhammed was very informative and fully answered all of our questions with what was the best way to protect another family member financially, within our particular scenario. We have now signed the Terms and Conditions to commence the work requested.
