We have to put on record that we would recommend Pepperells Solicitors to everyone, everytime. Three generations of our families have used this company for many, many years going back to Mr. Jarratt in the Ivesons days. We, personally, have bought four houses using them. Sold seven properties using Pepperells. All our families Wills, Power of Attorneys, etc., have been processed/dealt with through Pepperells. Our families Probate, through the generations, have been dealt with through Pepperells. Quick, realistic and pragmatic legal advice
My company has been working with Ryan and the team for over a year on a tricky multipul tenant/landlord issue. When I call for advise Ryan listens to the issue and gives clear and direct advice based on the law and the realistic interpretaion of it. He is open and honest about the timescales and the bumps we are likely to hit. While sometimes frustrating, this knowledge allows me to me good and competent decisions.

Excellent outcome when things got a bit tricky!
I've just completed what should have been a straightforward transaction with Ryan that ended up presenting various challenges on the way - Agreements to Lease, Title issues, VAT issues - all of which Ryan navigated professionally and efficiently with the new lease completing successfully yesterday.

commercial refinance
Despite numerous hurdles (down to the lender) Ryan kept me updated and helped me to overcome these. Even with a tight deadline, Ryan still achieved it in very tough circumstances. I found Ryan's approach to conveyancing clear and 'down to earth'. Highly recommend.
