Deborah joined Ardent law in 2012 bringing with her a wealth of experience having begun her career in the insurance industry. For the last 15 years Deborah has specialised in Claimant personal injury claims, including whiplash, fractures, spinal injuries and amputations and she is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Deborah advises on Road Traffic Accidents acting for drivers, passengers, motor cyclists, cyclists and pedestrians, she is also able to offer advice on RTA insurance law related matters and is experienced in pursuing claims against uninsured and untraced drivers via the Motor Insurers Bureau. In addition Deborah also advises on Public Liability Claims, Occupiers Liability Claims including Slips and trips, Product Liability Claims and Employers Liability with a particular interest in accidents occurring in the construction industry. With Deborah having extensive knowledge in dealing with both Defendant and Claimant related matters this is a real asset when negotiating fair settlements for clients.
