Tremezzo the Green sale
Drew Property Law undertook the sale of my parents bungalow in Newnham and I have to say they managed the whole process extremely professionally. We dealt mainly with Aimee Fennell and have to say she was brilliant. Aimee kept us informed at all times and nothing was too much trouble for her, again she was brilliant.

Highly recommended
I would highly recommend Sue Drew and her company. Even when the company was changing names and details the change was seamless with no interruption to service.
I found Sue very fair and approachable even when things went wrong on my side she was fully supportive of my decisions.

Sue and her team were very efficient and professional in supporting our house sale and purchase. They offered a high-quality service and were responsive and honest in all communications. Sue and team were friendly and approachable and really helped make the buying and selling process easier to manage. The best solicitors experience we've ever had!!
Dealing with Dobbs and Drew, especially Aimee, has been an absolute pleasure. We were selling our first house and had no idea what to expect. Aimee sent us a step by step guide of what to expect once we'd sent the paperwork in, then another guide on what to do once it had exchanged. Aimee was always on hand to answer any questions in a friendly manner and without judgement - even when I felt like I was asking a question where I should already know the answer. Aimee even offered to call me to talk through the paperwork because I was stuck on a few of the questions.
The sale proved to be a little challenging (due to the actions of the buyer's solicitor), and Aimee went above and beyond to try and get things sorted asap. When the buyer's solicitor did finally get back on track, Aimee remembered that I said we had a few bits left to remove from the house so suggested a Monday completion to give us the weekend to finish off the house. I was struggling with ill health at the time, so everything that Aimee did to remove stress from me was noted and hugely appreciated.
Without question, we will absolutely be using Dobbs and Drew for any future conveyancing needs!!

Really straight forward experience
Having a local company to carry out the sale of our mums property made things so much easier and straightforward. The service provided was excellent.
