Military Legal Advice

5

I am a long serving member of the Armed Forces and with a serious and worrying situation evolving from this I required legal advice from an impartial and professional person who understands military law as well as civilian law. Scullion LAW were very efficient at getting back to me after I left my initial inquiry with them. Steph was very professional and gave me time to explain the situation without me feeling rushed or judged. Steph has now passed this on for a colleague of hers to look into and I look forward to where this will go. I would recommend Scullion LAW and Steph to other members of the Armed Forces.

Stephanie is phenomenal and extremely skilled!

5

Finding myself in the difficult position of facing multiple charges, I reached out to Scullion Law and was fortunate to have Stephanie assigned to my case. From the very beginning, Stephanie was reassuring, confident, and displayed an impressive depth of knowledge about the legal system.

Stephanie worked tirelessly on my behalf, collaborating with the Crown to secure an incredible outcome: an absolute discharge on one charge and the dismissal of the remaining two charges.

Throughout the entire process, Stephanie was not only professional but also compassionate, offering guidance and comfort at a time when I was completely out of my depth.

Thanks to Stephanie's dedication and expertise, I can continue my professional career that I've worked so hard for, and I can visit my family abroad without any restrictions hanging over me.

I wholeheartedly recommend Stephanie and Scullion Law to anyone seeking expert legal assistance.

I just want to say a huge thank you to yourself and Michael for taking on my case and for your help in passing on the information to the courts in a way where they saw me for for I was going through at the time rather than just another case on the list . I really appreciate your time and fast action

I was recommended scullion law from a friend of a friend, where to start they were absolutely brilliant and professional from the word go. They kept me up to date with all the changes on the court side.
I had Michael dealing with all the paperwork in the office and reassured me everything would be fine, And as the owner of a business and a kids football coach I could not go with my license. When it came to court day that’s when Michael let me know that I was in safe hands with Stephanie Grieves, She meet me early before the hearing and went over all my options, She gave me great professional advice but still let me decide what my own outcome, Stephanie was really easy to get on with and made me feel comfortable in such a tence environment. I would definitely use again and recommen.

Facing loosing my licence was a huge worry for me. From the moment I spoke with Steph. I felt at ease, she explained the process and optioned available and understood how important it was to me to save my licence.
Steph said she would do all she could to help me and worked on my behalf to negotiate with the Crown. She kept me informed at each step of the process and ultimately achieved the best outcome by being able to have the crown dismiss the charge meaning I could retain my licence. I can’t thank Steph enough and would highly recommend her to anyone facing the prospect of loosing their licence or facing any driving offence.
