I went to Thatcher and Hallam to make a will as my existing will did not meet my current and future wishes.
From the initial consultation to the second meeting I found the experience to be most professional with a welcome personal touch.
Several things were explained to me in an easy to understand way by Helen, some of which I had not previously considered but once explained were important in the right execution of my wishes.

Excellent
From the outset the service we received from Thatcher+Hallam was outstanding. Our solicitor was professional yet approachable, thoughtful, comsiderate, compassionate and explained all we needed to know and answered our questions clearly, concisely and without patronising us. Re-writing of a will.
Trainee solicitor Helen Parker was very helpful in re writing my will.
Gave appropriate guidance and ensured all my wishes and preferences were implemented within my will. Price was very good for what was done.
Friendly, good listener and with my hearing impairment her communication was great,
explained things in a way that was fully

Perfection

Updating Wills
My husband and I wished to update our Wills before departing on a trip abroad. We met Helen to discuss our wishes; not only was she thoroughly professional and knowledgeable, she was so accommodating and friendly, taking time to explain the complexities. Helen turned our Wills around in double quick time meaning we were completely reassured everything was in place before our trip. Thank you ☺️
