Rebecca Bassett

Associate, Chartered Legal Executive

Rebecca graduated from Plymouth University in 2015 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2022. Rebecca became an Associate in 2023. Rebecca worked in the family team for several years representing vulnerable parents involved in public law care proceedings. Rebecca joined the Court of Protection team at Wolferstans in September 2023 and assists a panel deputy with high value litigation matters for clients of all ages who lack capacity to manage their finances. Rebecca is a trained Mental Health First Aider and is passionate about the health and wellbeing of her colleagues and clients. In her spare time, you will find Rebecca at the gym or volunteering as a dog walker in her local community.
