Review of Wills And instigation of Power of Attorney
Julie was very accommodating and helpful getting the documents in order following our request to review and putting in place the necessary power-of-attorney requirements. She explained the documents in plain English and the firm facilitated our requirements in a timely manner.

Provision of Legal Services dealing with parental estate
Excellent service. Members of the practice were always approachable and responded promptly to queries. Any monies coming into the estate were accurately recorded, ensuring a high degree of client confidence. Very pleased with the entirety of the service

Estate Handling
My experience with Julie and Eaton Smith has been excellent. An extremely close family member of mine had unfortunately passed away and her estate was handled by Julie. I didn't know really know or understanding of how a Will worked but Julie was able to walk me through the process step-by-step and give me a lot of reassurance throughout.
I don't believe the service could have been better from start to finish, I was kept in the loop with all of the goings on, and knew that the estate was being handled with the proper due diligence and care that it required.
I cannot recommend Julie and Eaton Smith enough regarding estate handling and I know from this experience that would handle any other legal matters exactly the same.
