Excellent communication
For me the most important thing is communication, especially when dealing with something stressful. I have been so impressed with the speed of communication and responses to phone calls or emails from Joe and Maddie. Always friendly and approachable which was reassuring if I wanted to ask questions (and I did). I feel very happy with the service I’ve had

Conveyancing handled
Prettys, and in particular Joeseph Jordan, handled my house sale very efficiently. The process was smooth and went as well as it could.
