I am so pleased I and my wife found, and I have been represented and supported by Holborn Adams on a very serious but malicious and false allegation that wrecked our mental health and family relationships even before a charge had been brought.
After the initial engagement with Fay and Andrew we felt our nightmare situation was understood and we felt in safe hands.
Working with Ara since then gave us hope we could get through that awful situation; Ara is knowledgeable, passionate for her work and goes beyond to understand and work with the emotional rollercoaster our life had become through supporting us as people as well as the technicalities of the case and Pre-Charge Representation. Ara was thorough and tireless in putting a pre charge rep together and personally ensured the interactions with the police were respectful but very effective. I am pleased to say all her work payed off in that the police found no further action was required and the action was dropped. Excellent professional service
I contacted Holborn Adams at the start of our journey into a traumatic Police investigation- I was met with quiet, professional and compassionate sympathy. Onwards and upwards

Successful representation
Following the arrest of a family member we clearly needed to appoint a firm of solicitors to handle the case. After careful research we decided that Holborn Adams were the most appropriate law firm use.
We dealt primarily with Ara who handled our Pre-Charge representation; Ara was professional and caring throughout the entire process and we eventually received an outcome of No Further Actioned.
We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Holborn Adams in the future.

Excellent pragmatic customer service.
From the moment we communicated to the finish job it was a smooth effortless history from accuracy articulate nature, efficient and accurate response. Can't recommend highly enough. You get what you pay for. It was a great resolve and I can't recommend them highly enough. Invaluable
This case was highly demanding, not only in terms of time but also in terms of the emotional and psychological elements. The entire family was involved in this case, so it took a lot of emotional intelligence, strength, organisation, self-control, and efficiency to be on top of it and keep them comfortable, informed, and happy.
The defendant and his family had never dealt with anything like this before, so it was vital that they had someone who could guide and support them even outside of Court.
Ara did this and then some! She truly went above and beyond. She always took time for the family when they needed to talk, was there to answer or follow up on their questions, and maintained such good organisational skills that I, as Counsel, could truly rely on her to do things in the background, allowing me to focus on the advocacy.
Specifically, I managed to get HHJ to release the defendant for one final hour or two, to say goodbye to his friends and family. The young babies attended, and it was really quite emotional and heartbreaking to watch. Ara, off her own back, actually spent a good half an hour, perhaps even over an hour, looking after both of the (screaming) children just so that the defendant could spend some last moments with his wife/partner. The family so appreciated this that it brought the defendants mother to tears, and she came to me to tell me that Ara is just a wonderful person and an outstanding solicitor/representative for the firm. I agree entirely and felt this needed to be passed on.
Ara was organised, helpful, caring, compassionate, patient, hard-working and genuine throughout her work on this case. She was also just a pleasure to work with, and without her, I have no doubt I would have found this trial significantly more challenging. I cannot describe to you just how much was going on in the background which Ara took care of and how brilliantly she communicated with me and supported my work, enabling us to put our best case. She is irreplaceable in this case, and I am genuinely grateful for the impressive, dedicated and passionate work she completed, be that written preparation, her extensive note-taking in the trial, which allowed me to focus on the questions, or her amazing pastoral care for the family.

Excellent Service
For the first time ever I found myself in a situation where I required legal representation. I started to research Law Firms and found Holborn Adams. When I read about their approach I knew I had to proceed and contacted Holborn Adams immediately.
I initially spoke to Andrew who calmly explained his recommendation which was Pre-Charge representation. From the first time I met the Holborn Adams team I totally understood the process and we discussed, and implemented, my plan. I worked primarily with Ara who was amazing and took the time to understand what happened and, most importantly, to get to know me as a person and my family. Ara could see how this had impacted me and the stress I was under. Ara and the Holborn Adams team went about their business without any fuss and put together my representations, keeping me updated on progress during this time. Eventually after almost 12-months I received a call from Ara to say that the CPS had No Further Actioned my case. I am immensely grateful to the Holborn Adams team during this difficult period of my life and I can now move forward.

Very pleased
Holborn Adams have been excellent from the very first phone call. I was made to feel valued and supported during a hugely stressful time. My case was relatively minor, but a poor outcome could have had a significant negative impact on my life. Rozhin and Ara were my legal team, and I really can’t praise them enough.
