Bethan is an Associate in our Wills, Probate & Estate Planning department based in Salisbury, having joined the firm in 2018 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualifying in September 2020. After two years of further study, she is now a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) having qualified in February 2024.
During her time as a Trainee Solicitor, her first seat was in the Wills, Probate & Estate planning department and she didn’t want to do anything else from that point on. Each day is different, she gets to meet and act for a wide and diverse range of clients who all have interesting and varied backgrounds and stories to share.
Being a Solicitor in the department means that she is able to help clients at a time when they need it the most; in circumstances where they are facing their own mortality, they have lost a loved one or are out of their depth and need guidance. Bethan finds satisfaction in helping her clients make sense out of the chaos and assist them in finding a way forward.
Her clients often comment on her ability to make their life easier, reduce their stress and ensure they have a good understanding of the work Bethan will complete for them. After several years of specialising in this area and with her STEP qualification, Bethan is now more than familiar with the ins and outs of this area of law, able to deal with complex issues that arise with the support of her team.

Will and LPAs
This was my first experience drafting a will and setting up my LPAs. I had no prior knowledge of the process, but with the help of Bethan Creasay TEP, I felt I really understood the process and was able to make the right decisions for me, as someone in their late 20s. The process went smoothly and everything was taken care of in a professional manner.

Wills & Power of Attourney
We saw Bethan Creasy to sort our wills & power of attourney (Chantelle was also there training). We can not fault the service we received from both Bethan & Chantelle. Wills and Powers of Attorney
Very happy with the service provided. We were unsure which solicitor to use so based our choice on personal recommendation from friends. Our needs for Wills and Powers of Attorney were fairly simple but the advice we received and the way we were treated was excellent from the initial telephone contact to completion. Highly recommended.

Support + detailed probate, financial and related work, + will review
Loss of a loved one can be difficult. My wife of 53 years and I thought we had everything organised.
Her death soon showed that we had not!
I was emotionally shattered and needed calm reason, patient advice and help.
