Not a good experience as a first time buyer. Lack of communication. Mistakes in paperwork. Gives generic answers with no real explanation or clarification. Does not speak on the phone. Not clear on what to expect or the order or paperwork. Many mistakes and things missing in terms of confirmation of ownership. The management also does not respond to complaints
