As a result of his very successful litigation career Carl has regularly appears in local media, with legal based articles appearing in the Mansfield Chad and on Mansfield 103.2 FM radio. He has had a number of very successful and highly notable national cases in the Court of Appeal including Mansfield District Council v Langridge [2008] EWCA Civ 264 , Taylor v Spencer [2013] EWCA Civ 1600 and most recently in the Supreme Court of Appeal on July 2022 the case of Harper Trust vs Brazel.

I found Hopkins excellent. Carl Wright was approachable, easy to talk to and understanding. My case involved unusual work activity, but he learned about it quickly and made me feel he really wanted to do the best for me. He showed care at frustrating and distressing times during my legal claim, but was also realistic and helpful with his advise. I never met him directly over the 2 1/2 years my case took, but I felt I knew him and he knew me.

Just writing this review to say how very professional Hopkins Solicitors carried out our Civil Claim against another Conveyancing solicitors. Although the claim was long and protracted and was over 3 years from start to finish, Carl gave us appraisals all the way with good communication. We got a very happy outcome and would highly recommend Hopkins Solicitors to anyone.
