I was advised to use Sarah Guise at W.B.W. solicitors in Torquay, to assist in the removal of a bad tenant in my H.M.O. property. this was carried out with the greatest efficiency and within the costs that were all explained to me before we started. Although it was quite a lengthy process, this was totally down to the system, and workload within it and not down to Sarah, who dealt with the issue and pushed to get as quick and favorable conclusion as was possible under the current circumstances. I would just like to add that I would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah and W.B.W to anyone else who finds themselves in a simular unfortunate position.
