Bradshaw Trees, and Karen specifically, supported me in a settlement agreement process when my role was made redundant earlier this year. Despite being given very little notice due to a late change in my legal support, Karen swiftly, and knowledgeably guided me through every step of the process, handling the situation empathetically but with pragmatism and efficiency. As this was uncharted territory me, she was able to reassure me and to provide guidance with any concerns. A number of areas my employer had over looked in the Settlement agreement were also identified and managed through. Her support helped to make an otherwise challenging process far more bearable.

Fantastic recommendation to Bradshaw tree law!
I was recommended Bradshaw Trees Law firm from a close friend and was not disappointed. Karen was fantastic in giving me her time and was able to turn around my situation in less than 1 week. She helped me finalise a settlement agreement I had with my employment and managed to improve the offer I had on the table slightly.
She was very diligent and reviewed my contract with me in a non-jargon way, and I felt very at ease with her. Karen had COVID and continued with the call, which demonstrated her unwavering commitment to her clients. I would highly recommend them as a firm. Although I do not wish to repeat going through another settlement, I would not hesitate to appoint Karen and her team.

Reliable, professional support
