I had somewhat complicated circumstances to deal with and Frances was a steady pair of hands to assist in resolving the shambles. I didn't know which firm of solicitors to use and asked a friend who has had many dealings with local firms and he didn't have to think about who to suggest as i needed strong representation. I felt that Frances gave me the optimum solution in the end and above all i completely trusted her.
