We used Labrums as conveyancers on the sale of our old house and purchase of new house. We found Roxanne and team to be very prompt in responding to our queries, and very understanding with our rather anxious buyers and their very thorough solicitors. Communication was great and the process was made as smooth as possible. Highly recommend, and a big thank you to Roxanne in particular

Roxanne was such a great support and really proactive and engaged in the process for us. The entire team at Labrums were helpful through the our sale and onward purchase. In both cases Labrums were the only Solicitors who were always up to date and ahead of the process and gave great levels of information as proactively working to help move things along. Cannot recommend enough

Thank you Roxanne for honouring your commitment to speed.� It was touch and go but you and the team got us there. We were time pressured. Our sale & purchase was progressing over summer. I spoke to one of the solicitors and explained that we needed commitment to speed over the summer and to make sure that they were going to be around. The first solicitor I spoke to was honest enough to admit that she was going to be away and instead referred the case to Roxanne Stevenson. Roxanne advised that she would be around over summer and committed to do everything she could to progress our case. Roxanne and team responded to all questions and progressed all actions with speed and accuracy. She was true to her word and I can neither thank nor recommend Roxanne and the team at Labrams enough!

Went the extra mile
Cassey and Roxanne always went the extra mile and both helped with some tricky title issues. Pass on my thanks to Roxanne, aware it got tight towards the end and she did a great job wrapping it all up

Cl said Labrums held their hand all the way through, the firm is very good at overcoming difficulties and attended to the Cls needs to communicate via letters only rather than emails & Law Connect etc. Cl said Labrums did very well considering they were 3 different solicitors working on the matter as CS went on maternity leave etc. Helped to successfully conduct the sale despite the buyer �holding up the process�. Would be happy to have Roxanne act again as they are hoping to buy a property in Berkhamsted.
