We found Roxanne and team to be very prompt in responding to our queries, and very understanding with our rather anxious buyers and their very thorough solicitors. Absolute professional service.
Roxanne Stevenson acted for me on a sale and purchase. These proved to be difficult transactions and yet Roxanne handled them in a professional and courteous manner. Purchase of Residential Property

Quality customer service and very efficient!

Highly recommended

Efficient Conveyancing at a fair price.
Roxanne provided an excellent service when we moved house. She was always available and provided helpful guidance throughout the whole process. Her email responses to questions were always prompt, clear and concise. Overall we were very happy with how Roxanne dealt with the conveyancing side of things and she was always very professional and on the ball.
In terms of Labrums, this is not a face to face service. Everything is done via a data capture system and emails. The advantage of this is that everything is recorded electronically and can easily be reviewed. The data capture is done via a third party system which really isn’t up to the job. We had to upload blank pages to get around system limitations and contact a support line to unlock various forms for amendment. This is not a criticism of Roxanne and the excellent job she did, but rather of Labrums’ choice of data capture system which could be better.
