I unfortunately had a case that went on for 5 years and during that time I went on an emotional rollercoaster ride from depression to suicidal thoughts, I also under went a cancer op and other major health issues. However throughout it all Cara was amazing and my Barrister even praised her privately to me saying without her hard work and input the case outcome might not have been so good. Eventually I got 6mth suspended sentence and the judge criticised the CPS for many failings and for taking 5 years to bring to trial. The outcome was far better than my legal team ever expected. Tuckers Solicitors and especially Cara are outstanding and I highly recommend.

My life is one which definitely needs looking at the future rather than the past. I hope that everyone realises how crucial and helpful it is to have the form of solicitor or lawyer to provide that someone with opportunities to secure a better future for one's self. Tucker Solicitors have done just that, yes my future at the moment is very uncertain and has definitely affected my mental health in more ways then one. But knowing that the hardest stage of my action is now completed and its all about making the impact of providing a better future for myself, that is really all that matters.
