We had Trethowans deal with two house purchases (as one fell through). At a very stressful time, Trethowans were consistent in making us feel bottom of the pile. It was impossible to get a response to an email or a phone call, it would actually take weeks to months to hear back to queries at times and we were constantly told they were too busy with other clients. They looked into a query for us, we never heard back. We moved 6 months ago and have been chasing every 2 months and given up. It's shocking how poorly we were treated by them. Also, we were sent a cheque for the wrong client so it makes you nervous about organisation.
