My interaction with SD Solicitors began on a promising note, as they appeared eager to assist me with a legal matter concerning a property matter. However, any semblance of professionalism quickly evaporated once they received payment for their services.
From the outset, it was clear that SD Solicitors prioritized financial gain over client satisfaction. Despite assuring me of their prompt attention and urgent action on my case, they failed to deliver on their promises. After paying the hefty fee they demanded, communication became sporadic and unreliable. Emails went unanswered, phone calls were ignored, and promises of callbacks were never fulfilled.
The level of incompetence displayed by SD Solicitors is truly astounding. They demonstrated a blatant disregard for deadlines, failed to initiate necessary procedures in a timely manner, and provided erroneous or incorrect information when pressed for updates.
