Sophie is the Best
This is my second time using Sophie for conveyancing purposes. She is excellent. She always pays a lot of attention to the details and does her very best for her clients offering valuable advice. She is so friendly and easy to talk to. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She doesn't hang around and gets the job done. A great asset to Coodes. I really can't praise her enough.

Coodes - First Class

Really friendly and responsive
Sophie and Debbie assisted with the conveyancing for a recent property purchase
Both were super friendly and quick to respond to the hurdles that inevitably arise when purchasing properties.
Whether contacting them by email or telephone they were always great to deal with.
Sophie picked up a couple of issues early in the proceedings which meant they couldn’t then hold up the completion.
Would definitely use them again and highly recommend others do to.
