Coodes - First Class

Complicated sale on the Isles of Scilly

Really friendly and responsive
Sophie and Debbie assisted with the conveyancing for a recent property purchase
Both were super friendly and quick to respond to the hurdles that inevitably arise when purchasing properties.
Whether contacting them by email or telephone they were always great to deal with.
Sophie picked up a couple of issues early in the proceedings which meant they couldn’t then hold up the completion.
Would definitely use them again and highly recommend others do to.

The sale of one property and the purchase another.
The service we received from Sophie Jones and her assistant Debbie Mills was first class. They were approachable and always kept us informed of progress. If we had any questions, we could always contact one of them and had a clear simple response. If any issue cropped up, it was swiftly dealt with, with minimum fuss. We will definitely use them again.

Absolutely the Best Property Solicitor
Sophie Jones is totally amazing at conveyancing, I have worked with her on buying and selling several properties, since 2002, so over 22 years. I wouldn't wish to have anyone else. Sophie is a delightful person to deal with and always gives the best advice, making sure that everything is completely in order throughout the buying and selling process. Sophie will always be very thorough and on this particular purchase, where the seller was very difficult, she calmly stood firm on my behalf to make sure that the exchange happened when were ready rather than at the demands of the vendor. I have complete and total confidence in all of her work.
I highly recommend Sophie for all aspects of property, her calm demeanour and firm stand, makes her absolutely the perfect solicitor for property sales and acquisitions.
