Excellent service!
Laura and the team at Bell Lamb & Joynson have been phenomenal and have provided top quality service for us over the past year and a half. Our house sale and purchase involved many complications and we are so lucky that we had Laura to help handle a variety of issues, progress everything quickly and simply and offer advice and support throughout. The communication during the whole process has been great and the app really helps to understand where things are up to. We can’t thank Laura enough for the work she put in to get our purchase and sale over the line and we would highly recommend Laura and the team to everyone.

Sorting out ownership of land

Has done a fantastic job sorting out ownership of a part of our garden that was not shown in the deeds, and allowing registration of land.

Friendly and Professional Service that won't let you down !

Buying my new home
I contacted Laura and the team at BLJ solicitors to help with the purchase of my new home and I'm very glad I did. From what I was told buying a house is a stressful experience, but with the help of Laura and her team it was genuinely seamless, efficient and a lot less stressful than imagined because of her help. I was kept full aware of all updates with timely responses. She was proactive and transparent with everything that needed to be done, making me feel comfortable at every stage of the sale. Highly recommend
We recently used Bell Lamb & Joynson for our house sale & purchase. The process was extremely smooth from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout. We were particularly impressed with the app which was easy to use and kept us regularly updated as the sale progressed. They're excellent value for money for the hard work they put in and my husband and I would highly recommend.
