Very pleased with the service and the Out of Court settlement achieved. Very helpful and professional advice, which was always explained,especially the Court process. It was very efficient use of everyone's time to be able to work via emails and telephone calls, without the necessity to meet face-to-face. I felt I was listened to and the whole team who helped with my Case and preparation of Statements worked very hard and I felt supported from your teamwork. Even with the frustration of the length of time awaiting a Trial date from the Court, I was kept well informed throughout. Thank you.

I was happy with Ward Gethin Archer in dealing with my Personal Injuries Claim. Sarah Scott and her team were amazing. It took longer than anticipated to reach a settlement and receive compensation, but this was solely down to the others sides ineptitude.
