Sale of house
No sale of this type is without the occasional complication, however any arising were handled swiftly and efficiently by staff at Fraser Dawbarns .Throughout the process they were a pleasure to deal with, being friendly and approachable. We were able to relax and stay out of their way, knowing the sale was being handled so well.

Excellent Conveyancing Solicitors

The best you could wish for
Moving house can be the second most stressful event in life - However, Dawn and George really helped me through this very difficult time, made even more stressful because my buyers solicitor was totally incompetent. While Dawn and George were extremely knowledgeable, and professional, keeping me regularly informed; they seem to also have the capacity to empathise - showing great patience and understanding to this inexperienced customer/client - being willing to go that extra mile to always explain things in a friendly supportive manner.
