Poor communication and mistakes
Frustrating experience, characterised by lack of attention to detail, everything being done at the last possible moment and general lack of communication. While ours was not a straightforward transaction, I felt little confidence that our team understood what needed to happen and actively pursued the outcomes most beneficial to us. My sense was they were too busy to care, with everything being done last minute, adding unnecessary stress to the transaction. Even on the completion date, I was receiving e-mails asking me to confirm bank details, send statements etc - things that should have been sorted much earlier in the process. Overall - quite unprofessional.

Excellent service

Exceptional communication and support
I have always had exceptional service from Fishers and their knowledge is really second to none.
There is always someone at the end of the phone should you need them with communication at the core of everything they do.
They will always offer honest, frank advise to ensure whatever decision or matter you feel comfortable and informed.
