Emma Cox
Director
Emma joined CP Law Solicitors in 1998 as a trainee Legal Executive having graduated from University with a degree in American History & Politics. She became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) in 2005 and in 2010 became a director of CP Law Solicitors.
Emma has 15 years’ experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing for freehold and leasehold property. She handles a wide range of property transactions including sales and purchases, remortgages, lease extensions for individuals, restrictive covenants, rights of way, defects in title, statutory declarations, easements, possessory titles and new builds. Emma also acts for developers doing site set-ups and subsequent plot sales. No transaction or enquiry is too small or too large for Emma with all clients receiving an exceptional level of service.
Emma and CP Law work almost solely on recommendation, which is a testament to the efficiency and diligence she and her dedicated team show every client.
Emma has lived in Wokingham all her life and as such has extensive knowledge of the local area. Over the years Emma has helped CP Law develop their IT systems to ensure that the service they provide is delivered as efficiently as possible. As a director Emma is responsible for assisting with the running of the firm including ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Emma enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and family, reading and travelling.
