Sapphire is a Director and Solicitor, heading up our Property Department. Sapphire has been with us since 2014 and having qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 specialises in both residential and commercial property. Sapphire deals with a variety of work, including both freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases, commercial property/land sales and acquisitions, commercial leases and development projects. Ensuring that her clients are kept updated is one of Sapphire’s main priorities, since the nature of most property transactions are extremely stressful- by offering a friendly, catered service to each of her clients, Sapphire can guide her clients through one of the most significant times in their lives.
