Build the case on the defendant's timeline and complained the case looks weak. When I took attention all case is built only on the defendant's timeline, never was taken my side story. Not included doctor's letter. The lawyer instead to discuss the suggestions dropped the case, but of course not think to give the money back.
Made a complaint to the PCB law firm and got a completely shocking reply. One example is the evidence in another case with a completely different name if needed can be taken from there. No need to take the client's story because it was enough to take the defendant's story. There were more like these replies. Awful service. Going to open a case for professional negligence. Also already contacted and continue my complaint to the ombudsmen.
