I approached Tom at Barcan & Kirby when I needed to apply for a divorce. I had little to no knowledge of the process and he took the time to explain everything and at no point did I feel I was being pressured into using his services. The communication was always good and at all times he tried to keep his costs down as much as he could given the circumstances. I needed a clean break order and he took care of everything other than what I had to apply for via the government website. All in all I was very happy with the process and although hopefully I’ll never be in the position to use him again I would highly recommended him and his services to anyone who needs it.

Tom was very professional and helped me through an awkward time. Communication was excellent and the content of every email was very detailed and informative. Charlotte was also very helpful and supportive.

Tom provided me with helpful advice over a long period of time as and when I needed it. He was clear, kind and caring and I understood the implications for all decision making. I would recommend Tom and would use him for advice should I ever need it again. He was responsive when I needed it most. His secretary was also always helpful.
