I am currently in the process of selling my house and sought recommendations for a solicitor in the Bromley or Hayes (Kent) area. I have been very impressed with the level of attention to detail, and overall service, that I am continuing to receive. My solicitor (Andrew Ringham) continues to move the process along during particularly challenging times and I receive regular progress updates. Above and beyond.
We knew we were in good hands as soon as we started the process of selling our home.
We did had difficult periods but Andy was always able to reassure us and take the task in hand. He was reliable and extremely professional. 5 stars !!

An excellent experience throughout
Thackray Williams was recommended by my estate agent and I was not disappointed. From start to finish the communication was excellent. All the processes were clearly explained and phone calls were always returned quickly. I was so grateful to Andrew Ringham for all his help throughout the sale and purchase. He helped me remain calm through a few hiccups along the way. Thanks also to Claire Hodge. All in all, highly recommended.

Excellent service, delighted with the personal contact and efficiency
Excellent advice, very proactive and a very smooth sale thanks to our Solicitor, Andrew Ringham. From start to finish we were kept informed, the process was very speedy and efficient which was excellent as our buyers had a target date in mind from the beginning which thanks to Andrew and team we were able to meet. We had a couple of tricky questions from the buyer's solicitors and we received excellent advice and guidance. Having bought and sold 4 properties over the years, this was by far the best and most efficient service and the best communication we have encountered to date and we would highly recommend Thackray Williams and Andrew Ringham in particular.

Putting people first without sacrificing effectiveness
How I have learned to appreciate the importance of good solicitors when it comes to selling a house! From the first visit step to the last, Thackray Williams has shown that it puts people first without sacrificing efficiency and effectiveness. I am so grateful for the integrity and patience displayed by both Peter Walker (with the Lasting Power of Attorney application) and Andrew Ringham (with the Conveyancing) in helping a recalcitrant 95-year-old, and her inexperienced friend, throughout the entire process. At times it seemed we would never get there, but we did!
I would like to thank the diligent conveyancing team, the very pleasant secretaries in Bromley, the kind legal assistants and Andrew’s hardworking administrator, Claire Hodges, for their important part in facilitating our progress. I will be continuing to use their services in other areas and would happily recommend this firm of solicitors to anyone needing legal assistance and advice.
