Jemma is a Solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team. Jemma completed her training contract with Morr & Co, completing seats in Litigation, Family and Residential Law. She is therefore able to draw knowledge from her varied training background, bringing a unique perspective and comprehensive skill set to the table. She is known for her unwavering dedication, meticulous approach and client-focused ethos. Jemma has built an array of experience whilst working alongside the partners in the team. This includes advising individual and corporate clients on a broad range of disputes, including those arising from commercial agreements, director and partnership disputes, professional negligence, and bankruptcy proceedings. Jemma’s experience involves both County Court and High Court litigation, alongside resolving disputes before issuing proceedings.
