Richard is a solicitor who specialises in Employment Law. Having gone from Employment Law to a combination of Employment Law and Human Resources work, advising clients of various sizes across the country, back to focusing on Employment Law again, Richard is well-placed to equip you with practical solutions to workplace issues that remain on the right side of the law. Richard qualified in May 2016 and, since then, alongside advising employees, has advised employer clients in the following sectors: banking, charities, education, estate agents, film and television production services, financial services, home improvement services, HR advisory services, information technology (IT), law firms, marine and maritime, media, property services and home improvement services, and residential and commercial property surveying. This is done with a focus on sparing them the experience of going through an employment tribunal claim, but also helps to prepare them if a tribunal claim is unavoidable.
