First time needing a lawyer that specialises in employment law. Despite how busy Kishwar was she made time to call me within 1 hour of contacting Ison Harrison head office. I will always remember that first phone call, listening to the problems I’m having at work and with my health, bared with my emotions and could clearly appreciate the issues and support I was needing. Kishwar gave some very clear and crisp advice about the law. Although I was pressured by my employment to make a decision, this was not the law! This gave me to confidence and ammunition to challenge my employer back with the law! Kishwar was always reachable by text, phone call or email. It was a delight in seeing her take control of the situation on emails to the business. Someone who can articulate themselves better than me and quote the law really puts the employer on the back foot. In the end I came out with a settlement X7/8 of the original proposed including a list of other benefits. In terms of cost for service I think it was more than reasonably priced and well worked out in terms of time spent on my case. I will certainly use Kishwar again if needed and will certainly be recommending to any family or friends requiring the same service. I can’t be thankful enough for what Kishwar did for me.

Efficient, Friendly and Approachable
I had a time sensitive issue to be resolved and was handled with professionalism and dedication that exceeded all my expectations. All the persons involved from initial contact to resolution were a credit to the firm and made what could have been a negative or stressful situation into a pleasant transaction!!
