Excellent communication over a utility company dispute
Over several years, the solicitor Samuel Pedley showed resilience, toughness, a good grasp of the detail and yet also communicated very well, explained the legal issues in layman's terms, and yet with good humour and without ego told us clearly when it was time to stop because the odds moved against us.
