Preparation of Wills
My husband & I received very clear, helpful advice when drafting our Wills. We had a slight complication which was dealt with, were given sound advice as to how to deal with the situation. Very pleased with the service we received.

probate for father's estate
My mother and I would like to thank Kathleen and Amie for their help and advice this year.

Easy going process
I used the solicitors for probate and legal issues after my mother's death. The process was explained and all steps dealt with efficient communication. I had a personal experience with a friendly approachable solicitor who I could trust during a difficult time. I would highly recommend and use again.

Updating our wills.
Our old wills were out of date and we spent quite a bit of time preparing before our meeting with Kathleen. I think this helped with the smooth process. The layout and contents of the wills was quite different to our previous ones which were also done at Boys & Maughan, which gives me confidence that they are keeping up to date with current practices.

Boys and Maughan
The solicitor plus all the staff were always professional, but also friendly and helpful too. It was easy to see them, email them or phone. Approachable and reasonable cost too. would recommend.
