All I can say is, my solicitor was of no help to me whatsoever. Two years later, I am living in squalor with my children. The property being rented out, has had to be sold. The marital property that I had to return to, I can’t live in, because it is a buy to let property. I have no money. My ex husband is having free rein to decide whether to pay child maintenance or not and he continues to dupe the system. A very unsatisfactory service. In hindsight, I should have represented myself and would have achieved more, than wasting what little money I had on BLB solicitors.
