I met Simon over 5 years ago, during the worst time of my life. From day one, I have been shown nothing but respect, reassurance and a listening ear. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He is kind hearted, patient and the best at what he does. I have felt very safe knowing that my case was being looked after by him.
Simon has known every aspect of my life throughout the time we have known eachother, and he has fully supported me. My recovery has been difficult and felt impossible at times, but Simon has been there every step of the way and I cannot thank him enough for this.
Every part of the process of the last 5 years has been explained to me in great detail, leaving me with little to no questions. Having said this, if I ever did have any questions, I knew I could ask Simon and receive a response the same day.
Simon introduced me to Laura, who is a credit to Sills and Betteridge. Every interaction with Laura has been nothing but outstanding and I have been so incredibly lucky to have 2 amazing solicitors working with me.
It was a bittersweet moment the day my claim came to an end. Simon has been a constant in my journey since my accident and shown me an immense safety net. I will absolutely never forget Simon and Laura, and I will thank them for as long as I live.

Amazing solicitors

Piece of mind
We walked into Laura's Herrods office and was greeted with a smile, everything was explained to us in a way we could understand, how long the claim would approximately take, every step along the journey we have been updated, it could have not gone any better, no stress Laura did all the phone calls and emails, and we have now had compensation payed for my work related injury, we are happy to move on, I would not hesitate to recommend Sills & Betteridge and of course Laura Herrod.

In a nut shell, secured a payment after an injury at work claim. My solicitor was Laura Herrod, she was fantastic from start to finish, professional, excellent communications and nothing was to much trouble for her.
