Excellent service and experience
Samantha Newton, Maxine Folley and her team provided an A1 excellent service throughout our house purchase. We were always keep informed with regular communication and the whole process was very smooth and efficient. Samantha’s support in getting my first housing property
Had the privilege to work with Samantha Newton as my solicitor in buying my first home.
Being a first time buyer, it was so difficult understanding all the terms and lots of paper works and steps in buying a home, I was always sending emails for more clarifications and asking questions.
Samatha always replies as soon as possible with more simplified information for my understanding.

Brilliant communication, highly knowledgeable and efficient
A huge thank you to Samantha Newton and her team of helpers in our recent sale and house purchase. From the very start, Samantha provided a super efficient service every step of the way, despite sadly encountering an abortive property purchase. We did, however, find another property which reached completion very quickly down to the extra effort and hard work that Samantha put into the transaction. Excellent, professional service
I had an excellent experience from Samantha Newton. She was helpful and efficient, always dealing with matters in an effective and time-efficient manner. I always felt that she had my interests at heart and wanted to give quick and compassionate advice. When there were delays, they were not ever of her making and she guided me through the process of selling my house as painlessly as possible.

A swift process
