House sale and purchase 2025
To start with I was unsure whether to use Martin Tolhurst Solicitors as they were recommended by the estate agent, I was buying through. However, their quote for the purchase and sale was slightly lower than competitors so thought it was worth instructing them. I am so glad I did as they have exceeded my expectation. they have been there at the end of the phone and answered all queries pleasantly and professionally. It has made the whole process less stressful. I did not feel the need to keep phoning to find out how things were progressing, I was kept informed throughout. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
