Sale of freehold shop premises
Poole Alcock solicitors were acting for me in the sale of a shop
All questions raised by the purchasers’ solicitors were dealt with speedily and towards the end of the transaction they pressed continually to conclude the sale as quickly as possible

Reassuringly Professional
I had very low expectations of the legal side of our house sale to begin with as I have heard so many horror stories from friends. However, Frances and her team were a breath of fresh air. They have been totally professional throughout and super efficient on progressing things. Frances also took the time to explain things in laymans terms and gave accurate, sensible advice which was much appreciated. The whole team made things run smoothly and I will definitely use them again. I will be recommending the team to everyone I know.

Property sale
Great working with Frances and Melissa. Communication was great - clear and timely - with me and the other parties involved. One of the conditions of the sale was a short completion date and both Frances and Melissa worked hard to achieve this. Would thoroughly recommend.
