Great professionalism
I am glad that Mr Maimoon (Ali) was my appointed solicitor for the probate case. Going through bereavement was hard, but Ali and Slater Heelis managed to handle most of the affairs re the application of probate and helping to guide me through my responsibilities as an executor of the will. The process was smooth and efficient. I felt I was taken care of with great skill, professionalism and understanding. Would highly recommend Ali and request further legal services again in the future when necessary.

Great professionalism

Will and trust advice
A little apprehensive who to approach on revisiting our wills after 10 years to reflect our circumstances and current practice in the sector, assuming ‘Central Manchester’ would be key. On reflection, Slater Heelis Sale office - whilst a little farther afield for us - worked well, with free parking to boot!
Ali was a very easy to talk to knowledgeable solicitor who ably fulfilled our need.
Easily contactable and promptly provided promised information and advice.

Support for Wills, POA and Civil Partnership
Our solicitor helped support my partner and I through the process of replacing our Wills, POA and reviewed civil partnership vs marriage options with respect to estate planning and impact of inheritance tax etc. Great service and support by Ali and the team of advisors that he brought in for specific questions or advice. The review request does not show potential areas for improvement, so have listed one just here. We have now had multiple services provided by Slaterheelis for property sales/purchase as well as estate planning. In general, each time we have to fill out a new client form - perhaps there is a way to stream line this so as to not be so repetitive, but still allow for each activity to be clearly listed, fees and service acknowledged.
