Flat sale gateshead.
Very good communication from start to finish and a very quick turnaround.. in my experience it usually takes 2/3 months to sell, this only took 3 weeks tops.

It all went through very smoothly with some basically irrelevant items being raised on the sale which were effectively dealt with.

Buying and selling with a trust in the mix
In a time when house sales were at their all time high and land registry had a back log of months CTT law were always there. Their patience was appreciated as I think I probably rang every day. All the staff are a credit to CTT law . Thanks to Dom and the ladies answering the phones you were absolute stars
